ZAMAK Alloys

The raw material is the most important element in any kitchen of a good restaurant. The same thing happens in centrifugal casting, without a good alloy, you can’t work properly.

For more than 30 years, CONIEX has been working to improve alloys and their application in the silicone casting sector. When we started it was not possible to cast Zamak in low pressure moulds. The parts were not filled, there were pores, squeaks, etc. We had to develop our own alloy which over time has become the industry standard.

With the collaboration of the most important foundries in the world, CONIEX provides metal alloys of guaranteed high quality.
